Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday marks the start of Holy Week, which takes us to Good Friday, and ultimately Resurrection Sunday.

The people of Jerusalem got ready for the coming of Christ.

Christ got ready for his entry, and what would follow.

And the city got ready for events that would change history forever.

Are we ready?

PALM SUNDAY

The start of Holy Week.  Less than a week left.

 

Today we celebrate.  We celebrate the fact that Jesus came to us, not just into the world, but right into our lives.  AS we commemorate the triumphant entry into Jerusalem we can shout with the crowds : “Hosanna”  “Praise to the son of David”

He didn’t just come into the world, but moved right into the city where we lived.
